Recruiter - Financial sector (m/w/d)

As part of your task, you will be responsible for the analytical side of the recruiting process and support the team throughout the recruitment cycle.
Your tasks include:

• Analysis of key data for recruiting
• Development and elaboration of search strategies in collaboration with the research team
• Extensive use of various online databases as well as proprietary databases
• Initial candidate selection through various channels
• Identification as well as targeted pre-selection of potential candidates for open position and to grow my clientes candidates porfolio
• Initial candidate approach as well as telephone and personal interviews
• Project management and preparation of market overviews across diverse sectors & various seniority levels
• Preparation of client meetings and marketing materials
• Supervision and further development of knowledge management; recording and updating market insights in data back
• Maintenance of the internal database

Your profile:

• University degree idieally in Economics, Administrtion, Finance or related (BWL)with an analytical mindset
• Proactive nature and hands on mentality
• Native level in German and fluent English
• Experience in recruitment is good to have but no needed, we welcome entry level candidates that just finish or are about to finish their Bachelor Degree
