Your new duties and responsibilities
As the new Application Engineer, you are an integral part of the software team and work closely together with Sales, Product Management, Technical Support and Marketing. You will assist in pre-sales and post-sales activities working with colleagues, resellers and customers. When they have questions or product-related issues, you are their to support and provide answers. Your clients and partners will be based in Germany and other countries within Europe. Travel is to be expected.&nbsp;
Other day-to-day duties will include:
&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide general and product technical knowledge to customers and prospects
&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform software demonstrations 
&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Training of partners and resellers regarding the use of the products
&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and maintain relationships with the partners and customers
&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Participate in company events to raise brand awareness

Your profile
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Solid experience in a similar pre-sales, sales- or application engineer or tech support role
&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ideally experience and knowledge of 3D scanning and technology
&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent
&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Capable of presenting and training
&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluent German and English 
&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; CRM experience is an advantage (Salesforce)
