Head of Buyer Engagement – Europe

My client in the remarketing automotive industry is expanding its digital wholesale platform and is looking for a Head of Buyer Engagement to drive buyer activation, retention, and loyalty across Europe. This role is ideal for a strategic and data-driven leader with expertise in buyer engagement, customer success, and the European used car market.


What You’ll Do:
•    Build and lead a remote, multi-cultural buyer engagement team.
•    Develop and execute strategies to attract, activate, and retain buyers.
•    Use data analytics & market research to optimize engagement initiatives.
•    Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies.
•    Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track success and drive improvements.


What You Bring:
•    5-10 years of experience in buyer engagement, customer success, or sales.
•    Strong leadership experience in the European wholesale automotive sector.
•    Proven success in scaling engagement functions and managing remote teams.
•    Deep understanding of buyer behavior in digital marketplaces.
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Fluent in German & English (additional EU languages a plus).
