My client in the remarketing automotive industry is expanding its European wholesale business and is looking for a Head of Partnerships to lead commercial partnerships across multiple markets. This is a strategic leadership role for a commercially driven professional with strong industry connections and expertise in negotiating and managing high-impact partnerships.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and execute a partnership strategy to drive business growth.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships across Europe.
• Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team.
• Oversee deal structuring, commercial agreements, and partner onboarding.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align partnerships with business goals.
• Monitor market trends and optimize partnership performance.
What You Bring:
• 7+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or commercial roles.
• Proven experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing partnerships.
• Strong leadership skills in a multicultural, remote environment.
• Deep understanding of the European wholesale automotive market.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in German & English (additional EU languages a plus).
